You’ll need a photo ID. Here’s what is accepted: California or other US state driver’s license, CA or CA Senior identification card, US Passport, Canada or Mexico driver’s license, foreign passports stamped by USCIS. Call me for other non-typical forms of identification.

Basically, each notarized signature has a cost of $15 each, plus a travel fee. I reserve the right to offer a discount for multiple notarized signatures.

Standard Notary Fee ( Per Signature ) – $15
Hospitals/Skilled Nursing & Assisted living Facilities – $75 (plus the Notary fees, and $1 per minute for wait time)
Trust Documents – please discuss with me for an estimated quote (all trusts are different)
Wait time for each 15 Minutes – $15, ( In addition to Notary and other fees)
Urgent Notary – Please ask for Quote
Holidays Notary (Federal Holidays Only) – please ask for Quote
